Meet Your Facilitator

Chris Peña is the founder of Feedback Loop Coaching and the facilitator of this 16-week incubator. With over 17 years of leadership experience, Chris brings a grounded, holistic approach to business development that blends real-world strategy with deep personal insight.

Chris holds an MBA from the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business and serves as an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurial Finance at Roger Williams University. In April 2024, he consulted for Qualco, a global financial services company based in Athens, Greece, offering leadership and systems guidance during a high-level crisis management engagement.

Through Feedback Loop Coaching, Chris has guided artists, small business owners, and emerging founders in developing sustainable models that reflect their values—and thrive in the real world. His coaching combines leadership development, energy awareness, and business acumen to help entrepreneurs move forward with clarity and purpose.
