Yowza, Soul Family.

The shifts in consciousness have been coming in hot.

We know you’re feeling it too. As the leading edge of consciousness stretches further into the previously unknown depths of the Universe, the collective density is breaking apart, expanding, and recalibrating to fill the widening container.

Chris and I have certainly received the cosmic call to report for duty in entirely new ways. The cellular upgrades have been relentless. At times, it feels like we’re trudging out of the ocean, only to be blasted and pulled back under by wave after wave of galactic data. Where’s our moment to relax on the beach and catch our breath?

I shared with Chris, “It feels like we have no time to integrate lately.” To which he replied, “Maybe the integration is just supposed to be immediate now.”

Whoa. I’d never considered that.

Integrate what, you may ask?

Allow us to rewind to the beginning of our current up-leveling cycle: Chris’s time in Brazil with the Yawanawá tribe.

Chris about to be floored by Hukena’s forte administering of the Rapé medicine.

Chris left for the Amazon Jungle on May 24th, returning June 6th. Since then, our lives have been… different. The holons of energy, truth, and purity are still reverberating. Of course there’s so much we’d like to share, while simultaneously, we trust in the telepathic exchange unfolding as receptivity to direct transmissions grows stronger throughout the collective. For now, please enjoy the first post-jungle reflection video, “Part 1: The Call to the Jungle and Remembering the Way.”

Part 2 will follow soon. Stay tuned.

The Centro Awavãna Retreat Squad, May-June 2025 (let us know when you spot Chris!).

The Global KAKAO Family showing up strong in Brazil. Chris, Makenzie, Joy, and Shana after the face-painting ceremonies.

As much as I resist the adoption of linear time, I remain in awe of Divine Timing, embracing harmonic sequence, trusting the cosmic intelligence at play when one experience prepares us for the next. Of course Chris’s journey beyond the veil, guided by the Yawanawá and the Uni (their name for Ayahuasca), would precede our next call to action: showing up in full support for Tim Morrison’s Boston stop on his U.S. tour, which began back in March.

The Boston Support Squad with Tim Morrison after holding it down for nearly 10 hours on Sunday, July 6th.

I wish I could tell you more about this event. The experience was ineffable. All I can say right now is, “Wow,” and, “I’m still processing.” So for now, here are some more photos!:

Seeing over 150 cups of KAKAO raised in the air was particularly emotional for me.

To me, this represents a collective invitation of Empathy into the body. Perhaps if you’ve sat in Cacao Circle with me, you’ve heard some of the history I’ve learned through my studies with the Mayan Wisdom Project. Such as the way tribal leaders would resolve conflict over servings of Cacao, precisely because of the way Cacao opens the Heart for Empathy to flow. Seeing this many cups of Cacao raised into the air let me know that the age of conflict (Level 2 Energy) is coming to an end.

Seeing this many cups of Cacao raised into the air let me know that the age of conflict (Level 2 Energy) is coming to an end.I love this photograph captured by the talented and luminous Christen Poole (@_divinebeinghuman_ on Instagram), because it brings me back to the feeling at the beginning of the SPIRITUS Breathwork portion of the day (from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm). The support squad intuitively positioned ourselves around the room like pillars (you can see Chris standing to the upper left of the frame), and I felt a protective surge of energy circulate through us as we silently helped Tim set the container for the shamanic initiation that was about to occur. Afterwards, Tim let us know that was the fast activation he’d witnessed all tour. Hearing this did not surprise me. I’d already felt the strength of the pillars.

Chris was tapped into his full Shamanic wellspring of healing capabilities. While each of the support squad was fully present in helping Tim’s guests through whatever they were experiencing (whether powerful emotions, shortness of breath, vocal releases, or full body convulsions), we would simultaneously glance up to check on each other and the room as a whole. Every time I spotted Chris, he was deep in Soul Retrieval land, bringing waves of calm consciousness back to the bodies who needed it most.

The past two months have stretched us far beyond our comfort zones as facilitators. For years, we’ve both resisted identifying as “healers,” because at our core, we don’t subscribe to the idea that healing comes from someone outside of us. True healing arises from within, when the conditions are anabolic.

What we do align with is the word channel.
We are channels for pure, unconditionally loving energy to flow through, creating a quantum field where those undergoing inner alchemy, and all the somatic waves that come with it, can feel safe, witnessed, and deeply held.

We are grateful, humbled, and in reverent awe of the way Spirit continues to call us forward to serve with open hearts.

Though this newsletter isn’t just about what we’ve been experiencing and integrating.

We are also showing up in your inboxes to share with you the next round of Feedback Loop Coaching offerings.

If you’ve had a chance to watch the YouTube “Part 1: The Call to the Jungle and Remembering the Way,” you’ve likely felt just how profound and meaningful our connection with plant allies has become, including Kava.

Which is why when the opportunity arose for Chris to teach Yoga at the first Kava bar in Massachusetts, it felt like a match made in heaven.

Known for its calming, peace-promoting properties, Kava is a sacred root from the South Pacific traditionally used in ceremony to ground the body, quiet the mind, and foster connection through ease and presence. For many who have stepped away from alcohol but still crave authentic social connection, Kava bars have become inviting temples, landing pads where journeyers may anchor their transformation and experience community without the dissonance of alcohol-induced intoxication.

With the nervous system softened, social anxiety often melts away, allowing easeful, heartfelt conversation to naturally flow.

Join us tomorrow (Saturday, July 12th) at 10:30 am as Chris leads us through a beautiful Yoga flow, preparing our Minds, Bodies, Spirits for Kava Ceremony. It’s going to be a beautiful community-centered way to start the day.

Continuing with the theme of plant medicines, I’ll be offering the next monthly “Art of Circle” workshop at Mati Yoga Studio in Millbury on Sunday, July 20th at 4:00 PM.

There are infinite ways to commune with the Spirit of Cacao, though I’ve grown especially fond of the way she softens our defenses and allows expression to flow, heart to heart. The Art of Circle is a space where that kind of expression becomes medicine. Together, we remember how to heal in community, through presence, authenticity, and shared resonance.

Sometimes, hearing a kindred soul process their truth aloud stirs awake the wisdom within us. Wisdom that has been quietly waiting to be unearthed. (For more on how the origins of this workshop are rooted in communal healing, check out my recent blog, Beyond the Mat: From Individual Practice to Heart-Centered Expression.)

For this next gathering, I’ve decided to incorporate one of my favorite coaching tools: Coaching the Gremlin. We’ll sip Cacao and gently excavate those parts of ourselves that have splintered off, fragmented, or felt disowned or rejected. And we’ll love them back into reconciliation and wholeness.

Curious about what this looks like? Chris and I created a gift just for you. Especially for those who aren’t local to Central Massachusetts and can’t attend in person. In this YouTube, we explore the energy of the Gremlin together as I guide Chris through a meditation much like the one I’m called to bring forward to Circle on July 20th.

And even if you’ve done this meditation before, remember: Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but it can be transformed. So even if you’ve processed your Gremlin a thousand times, it’s never gone for good. What does evolve is your capacity to meet it with skill, love, and sovereignty. Just as your spine and quads grow stronger with every chair pose, your inner alchemist strengthens with every quantum physical practice.

We practice to practice. We journey to journey. No attachment to completion.
No rush to any destination.

Incorporating crystal singing bowls into my offerings required some serious inner alchemy, initiated by a 30-year-old Gremlin’s nagging, “Who are you to play the sound bowls?” she fretted. “Mike is the musician, not you.”

Then one night, while I was in pigeon pose, the Gremlin's voice, once fueled by fear, transformed into a surprising source of wisdom (what I call the Promoted Gremlin):
“You and Mike are one. He can’t be in two places at once. You are fully capable of carrying this torch for him.”

Backstory: Months ago, my brother Mike transferred possession of the bowls to us. They sat untouched in a corner of the apartment, until one day, I found myself staring at them feeling dread and guilt over their neglect. In that moment, the voice of my Oversoul came through loud and clear:
“Stop hoarding your gifts.”
“But they aren’t my gifts!” I insisted, assuming the message referred to our innate talents.
“They were gifted to you, were they not?” the voice responded.

Ah. Message received.

Since then, I’ve been showing up to the yoga studio with 432 Hz medicine in hand, not just to offer sound, but to reclaim the truth: These bowls and the frequencies they emit are nothing new. They are the lineage of an ancient technology. Our birthright. They were waiting for me to remember. And now by sharing their resonance in community, we all have the opportunity to remember.

And now a message from my beloved, Christopher…

Hi all, Chris here!

I want to begin by sharing my deep gratitude to those of you who continue showing up for yourselves and trusting Feedback Loop Coaching.

I’m also endlessly thankful for the love Rachel has poured into this newsletter while I’ve been in a state of germination, listening for what wants to be shared from the depths of my heart.

Change has been a steady companion in my life this past year. From traveling with Rachel to Japan to study the Tao, to sitting in the Heart of the Amazon with Hushahu, the first female spiritual leader of the Yawanawá people, each experience has cracked me open in new ways.

As I wrap up our second cohort of the Law of Being, I’m deeply inspired by the transformation I’ve witnessed in our clients. That inspiration has sparked something new: the launch of our 16 Week Small Business Incubator, beginning Fall 2025.

Many of you know I’ve been teaching undergraduate business at Roger Williams University, and this chapter has reignited something in me. A passion for teaching and a reconnection to my roots. Growing up, I worked with my cousin’s landscaping business, tracking timesheets and leading small teams. That early exposure to leadership and financial strategy eventually led me to study Management and Finance, blending my love of people with the mechanics of business.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve collaborated with a range of small businesses, from a bakery in Hollis NH, to Artifakt Supply in Worcester, to the unfolding partnership with Mati Yoga in Millbury. And of course, co-creating Feedback Loop Coaching with Rachel has been its own kind of living classroom.

This new incubator is for those of you who feel the pull to bring your business idea to life. Over 16 weeks, we’ll cover everything from building a business plan and defining your mission and operations, to exploring your pricing strategy, understanding money, and forecasting revenue. It’s practical and soulful, just like the work we’ve always done.

If this speaks to you, let’s set up a 30 minute call to connect.

Cohort launches Fall 2025.

With care,

And one more message from our go-to Roger Williams University Mario J. Gabelli School of Business advisor, Professor Peña:

~ Announcing the Small Business Stronghold of Worcester ~

If you’ve been heartbroken watching your favorite Worcester spots disappear, you’re not alone.

Over the past few years, we’ve watched small businesses like

• Queen’s Cups (closed June 29 after 13 years)

• Maker to Main

• ScoopDrip

• Worcester Wares (Public Market location)

• Alan James Co.

• The Hangover Pub, Smokestack BBQ, PreGamers, Maddi’s, and more

close their doors.

Many of these closures came from financial strain, burnout, or a lack of structural support.

These are not just businesses. They are families. They are dreams. They are the heart of our neighborhoods.

I went back for my MBA not to climb a corporate ladder but to help. I wanted to bridge the gap so local entrepreneurs could understand the language of business, build smart budgets, feel confident in their numbers, and create strategies that serve their vision.

And still, I have seen something even more heartbreaking. I witnessed one small business sue another. We cannot afford to turn against each other. Now more than ever, we must unite rather than divide.

Rachel and I are creating a space for business owners and community leaders to gather, learn, and grow together. We are bringing in energy leadership tools, financial literacy, and honest conversation to build something that lifts us all.

If you are a Worcester business owner or someone who believes in the future of this city, reach out. We are hosting our first circle in August.

Okay, Rachel again! This newsletter keeps growing and growing, and I still have so much to share. I’ll spare you a novella and keep it brief:

For those who have journeyed through the Law of Being program, you're warmly invited to join our free community offering: Alumni Groove.

This is a space for graduates of the Law of Being to reconnect, refresh our tools, and keep the Anabolic vibes flowing strong. We gather quarterly (both in person and virtually) to turn on, tune in, and consciously drop out of the noise, returning to resonance and alignment.

To join, just send an email to rachel@feedbackloopcoaching.com.
This group is open to all Law of Being graduates, and future grads will be welcomed in upon completing the program.

As for the previously mentioned “Invitation to Join the Golden Future,” I think I’ll save that for next time. It’s a layered topic. One that includes my take on dystopia as a psyop and an exploration of the Golden Rule as a compass forward.

So stay tuned. That’s on the horizon.

For now, we hope to see you in the field… in presence, in practice, in resonance. Happy Full Moon in Capricorn!

With love,
Rachel & Chris
