Happy Pisces Season, Beloved!
Rachel here, and I am delighted to immerse your Feedback Loop in romantic Piscean vibes.
As some of you know, Chris and I were both born under a Pisces Sun (in Western Astrology), just one day apart - March 11th and 12th, respectively. We deeply resonate with the characteristics of Pisces, the dreamers of the Zodiac. As we are both so grateful for the gifts with which this constellation fills our souls, we feel called to spread the love. Please join us under these Piscean skies, as we sail into the mystic.

One question we often ask ourselves to induce transcendent states of creative flow is:
“How is my relationship with the Muse?”
But what exactly is “the Muse?”
The Muse is the unseen force of inspiration, the whisper of creativity that stirs our souls and enchants us deeper into spiritual exploration and wisdom excavation. It is the current that runs through all art, poetry, music, and innovation. The cosmic shimmer, illuminating the path through the vastness of creation. The ineffable glimmer that sparks an insatiable desire to open doors of perception through creative expression.
The Muse is not something we chase, but something we invite. It reaches those who create space for it, those who listen and surrender to the flow.
It reminds us of the Martha Graham quote:
Even Homer, when writing The Odyssey, began with an invocation to the Muse, calling upon divine inspiration to guide his words. And just like the celebrated poets of old, we also dwell in devotion to the mystery, allowing ourselves to be seduced by the thrill of the unknown before the vision fully reveals itself.
The Muse does not require us to reach a destination or even know where we’ll end up. Rather, it lures us into a love affair with the journey—drawing us deeper into wonder and bewilderment before revealing the path. We take a step into the fruitful darkness, and the glittering golden grid materializes just in time to meet our feet.
In this way, inspiration moves us brightly though our unique cycles of life. Creative urges present virtually zero logic or reason—they are not meant for the linear, rational mind. Instead, the Muse entices us to surrender, to drift, to trust the unfolding.

While Pisces energy is romantic, idealistic, and prone to fantasy, Chris and I have found grounding by nurturing our own relationships with this unseen mystical force. He is not my Muse, and I am not his Muse. Rather, we trust that in our dances with our individual sources of inspiration, the resulting energy fosters a shared thread, one we refer to as “The Dreamer’s Timeline.”
The life we co-create by synthesizing our unique gifts is the Muse. The opportunity to birth a Sangha and uplift our Community is our Muse. The vision of advancing humanity along our journey of consciousness expansion is our Muse.
In this sense, we are not dependent on each other for romance. Instead, we set our gearshifts for our highest visions imaginable and trust that presence in the moment unfolds in the most serendipitous ways. Chris focuses on his practices and disciplines, I focus on mine—and somewhere in the cosmic soup, we find each other.

The awareness of a moment’s fleeting nature gives us permission to create symphonies together—again and again. It reminds us that we are the eyes of the world, and the Universe breathes in and through our bodies. When we stop searching for permanence and instead embrace the ever-changing world in which we live, we fall head over heels in love with the Great Spirit that animates the moment. We connect with the sacred within ourselves and meet each other there.
Celebrating 5 Years Since We First Met
Speaking of romance, dreams, and divine timing…
in addition to our birthdays, Chris and I are celebrating five years since we first met!
For those who don’t know, Chris and I officially met on a Zoom call (if we don’t count the group chat in which we were planning a spring retreat) in March 2020, just as the world entered lockdown. Syd, the founder of the Creative Zone

rallied all Creative Zone facilitators, change-makers, and trend-setters for a Zoom call.

As we answered Syd’s call and gathered on March 15, 2020 to organize and strategize, sharing ideas of how to help our creative community during such uncertain times, I must have said something insightful enough to spark Chris’ curiosity, because he sent me a private message I’ll never forget: “Want to go on a deep dive?” he asked. SWOON.
Little did he know, those words were a cupid’s arrow to my heart, as I had just felt rejected by someone else who did not enjoy my capacity for depth in conversation. Of course I wanted to go on a deep dive! We scheduled a time to talk on the phone, and when the time came, we gabbed for hours, in realms of existence I’d thought were available only to my own perception. To travel such inner landscapes with a counterpart felt miraculous.
From there, our most Piscean love story took flight. I sent him type-written letters in the mail about my passions, such as the 7 Levels of Energy, archetypes, and Mother Earth. He responded by hand-writing letters to me about Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga and how Level 7 Energy sounds like Samadhi. The day I received a poem in the mail was the day I surrendered to my wild heart. The logical mind had no jurisdiction, as rational as its “You’ve never even seen each other in the physical!” arguments were.
Before ever meeting in person, we fell in love through words, through musings, through the unseen stardust that guides us when we trust in something beyond the mundane. When we free fall into the celestial. When we allow ourselves to be conduits for the constellations and archetypes that wish to express themselves through us.
Five years later, our passions remain on the altar. In honor of our unwavering devotion to that which lights up our souls, we’d love to share with you, fellow dreamer, the very language that has helped us to crack the codes of consciousness expansion: Energy Leadership™.
iPEC’s Energetic Self-Perception Chart
I first took the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment in 2013 and have been talking about it ever since, even shifting my life’s trajectory in service to awareness elevation, because in a world of noise and haste, this modality brings clarity. The mathematical approach provides a framework around which to structure patterns and fill in nuance. As a mystic soul discerning quantum fields and cycles, imprints and flows, I’ve often felt “in the world, but not of the world,” as Ram Dass would say. Yet, my emotional states can been so immense at times, it’s best I master surfing so as not to be swallowed up by a wave.
Whether I’m wandering off the leading edge of consciousness following the fairies or struck by a grief spell because I can’t hug my ancestors, all planes of existence feel real and raw to me. While I advocate strongly for feeling these waves fully without conceptualizing, without collapsing them into particles, assigning a number to the experience is an available hook to snatch myself back to the surface after I journey too far off the wayside. It’s as though the awareness of the Energy Levels is my witness, fishing for my focus when I’m lost at sea. Giving me a ticket to ride a different wave.
As the March 12 page in “The Secret Language of Birthdays: Your Complete Personology Guide for Each Day of the Year” by Gary Goldschneider and Joost Elffers states:
“Until they have developed a deep understanding of metaphysical and esoteric principles, they will tend to undermine their emotional stability if they overindulge in such thoughts.”
For my survival on this very material planet, it was essential that I developed an intimate relationship with theories of energy and matter. Until I felt at the cellular level the truth of “Everything is Energy,” my misunderstanding of the physical world would lead to chronic states of dissociation and escapism.
Energy Leadership™ helped me to understand. It became my tether during my spacewalks, as I cultivated the ability to observe my emotional waves without judgment or attachment, even eventually interrupting stubborn trauma loops, moving them from my right emotion brain into my left analytical brain for objective evaluation where value and purpose in the experience could emerge. All while smoothing out my nervous system to cultivate safety in my body. Teaching myself to influence the room instead of absorbing it. Trusting that my influence was in service to the highest love of all.
Though this modality isn’t just for those born under this Dreamy Zodiac. It’s for anyone who feels called to lead by choice, instead of default.

A Milestone Debrief is a structured reflection process used to evaluate progress, shifts in energy levels, and key takeaways at significant points along your alchemical journey. It helps measure transformation, assess breakthroughs, and reinforce sustainable growth.
We do recommend a chronological timelapse of at least 6 months before taking a Milestone Debrief. In Quantum Healing, even just a 1% shift from, for example Level 1 to Level 2, has the potential to create an enormous ripple in one’s life. And before wrapping up this Newsletter, I’d like to share on Chris’ behalf, because I know his heart is just as surrendered to this Dreamer’s Timeline theme as mine.
My Pisces counterpart has been swimming along his own intuitive journey while I write to you.
Chris has perhaps been surfing the most romantic wave of all the Dreamer’s Timelines.
The hero’s journey return to the place where he first uncovered his passion for Leadership: Roger Williams University.
While the whole story isn’t mine to tell (maybe I’ll interview Chris about it for our next Youtube segment), I will share that karma’s attempts to deviate Chris from pursuing his destiny were futile. Messages like, “Why pay all that money for that University when you can go to xyz?” circulated within his Feedback Loop. Though his conviction did not waiver this time.
His intuitive guidance was clear, as his vision showed him the doorways that would open, and he chose Roger Williams University to pursue his Bachelors of Science in Management and Finance. He knew his heart was a YES the day he set foot on campus, thanks to Aunt Debbie’s (the aunt of a childhood friend) supportive offer to include Chris along a tour of Rhode Island colleges.
After graduation, Chris pursued his dreams of leadership, though along a more karmic timeline: the corporate route. It took breaking his back for him to realign along the entrepreneurial path. Throughout his recovery from spinal infusion surgery, he invested in a myriad of self-development programs and courses, including Yoga teacher training, Meditation teacher training, Qi Gong teacher training, Coach training. All requiring material resources which might cause most people to think twice. Though Chris trusted all was in service to his intuition, just as his birthday book page predicts.
He followed an instinctive feeling toward one of the most worthwhile opportunities of all, when after attending his 10-year college reunion, he woke up the next day and with confidence and resolution announced, “I’m going back to Roger Williams for my MBA.” He toured the Providence campus, and once again, his intuition showed him doorways opening through his beloved muse: Education.
Chris graduated with his MBA in May of 2024, and in May of 2025, he’ll be completing his first semester as an adjunct professor at the business school—a true hero’s journey. He has returned not as the prodigal son, but as the master, ready to give back to his roots.
Which is why I have the privilege of focusing on this Newsletter while he grades college papers…
Chris has said yes to teach again for the Fall 2025 Semester, yet simultaneously, Feedback Loop Coaching cohorts are popping!
We’ll be taking the summer off from group coaching, though we are opening the portals for 1-on-1 experiences, adding the option to move at a choose-your-own-pace journey through the Law of Being. Instead of cranking through the material in the usual 16-week curriculum, this option allows you to work through the material at your own rhythm, investing on a month-to-month basis. We’ll send out more information on this as summer nears.
And if you prefer to wait until the Fall for our next group cohort, it’s never too early to plants seeds of intention. Please reach out if you’re feeling the call. Space is limited to 4 people per cohort, so the earlier we can add you to the waitlist, the sooner we can organize the groups.
